I believe in immersion learning, or learning-by-doing. Total immersion in a subject allows for rapid and efficient skill development. I perform best when faced with a challenge.
By knowing–quantitatively–the results of decisions, you can better your chances of making the right ones. Alongside marketing, I’ve developed data collection and analysis skills. By using the right data at the right time, I can pinpoint what works and what doesn’t.
Sometimes the way you approach a problem needs to change. By maintaining a broad skill set I can think inside or outside the box to create and implement diverse marketing strategies and campaigns. I will find the nail and think of 20 different ways to hit it on the head.

I was co-founder and Marketing Director at Radar Relay, a blockchain based peer-to-peer application. I was in charge of our digital marketing efforts running solo initially and managing a team later on. Over a year and a half I mainly focused on our analytics, SEO, processes, educational websites, social channels, and press.
Implemented google events to look through hundreds of thousands of user actions and find the ones that mattered. With this data, I was able to identify our most effective marketing strategies, inform product changes, and more.
Conducted competitive analyses and studied target consumer behavior to identify the most effective keywords to focus on. Presented product briefs to improve site performance, indexability, and accessibility. Ran Google Ad campaigns on target keywords.
Implemented a modified form of Scrum to run weekly point based marketing sprints. Developed cross-team content processes that were implemented company wide to facilitate cross functional collaboration. Team work makes the dream work.
Co-wrote, edit, and marketed multiple educational websites that explained complex blockchain topics. gate io, Relayer Network, Gwei, Wallet2Wallet, and more.
Established various social channels. Included creation, maintaining brand consistency, and growth.
